1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using avdi.ai ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Products and Services

AVDI sells clothing and accessories designed for humanoid robots. All products are manufactured to order based on platform-specific specifications. Product images are representative and final products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and processed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Fleet pricing is available for orders of 10 or more identical units

4. Platform Fitting

Each order includes platform-specific fitting based on the robot model specified at time of purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate platform information. AVDI is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect platform specifications.

5. Fit Guarantee

AVDI offers a 100% fit guarantee on all standard orders. If a garment does not fit the specified platform as described, we will remake the garment at no additional charge. The fit guarantee applies only when the correct platform model was specified at the time of order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard orders ship within 4-6 weeks of confirmed payment
• Rush orders (where available) ship within 2 weeks for an additional fee
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier

7. Returns and Refunds

• Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
• Custom orders and altered items are not eligible for return
• Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, logos, and code, is the property of AVDI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AVDI provides products designed for aesthetic and protective purposes on humanoid robots. We are not responsible for any damage to robots, property, or persons resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
